Job summary

Lucas Tree Experts in Ossipee, NH invites motivated individuals to join as Ground Operations Technicians/Arborist Trainees. Earn $19–$21 hourly with on-the-job training and opportunities for licensing, certification, and advancement.

No prior tree industry experience is required, and training is provided to get you started in this physically active role. Responsibilities include vegetation removal, pesticide applications, and safe operation of forestry equipment while working outdoors

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must be willing to obtain and maintain Licenses & Certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Manual removal of vegetation from work areas.
• Pesticide application as required.
• Safely operating forestry equipment (skidders, mowers, chainsaws, ATVs).
• Perform line clearance, pruning and removals.
