Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDL Class A with air brake and tanker endorsement or ability to obtain within 60 days.
• Backflow Certification within 1 year of hire; Certified Pool Operator required.

Aufgaben

• Perform repairs and inspections of arboretum facilities, grounds and water features.
• Maintain and repair playground equipment, shelters, irrigation systems and other outdoor structures.
• Assist with maintenance of backflow preventers and related testing.
• Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed and assist with special events and emergency operations.
• Assist in supervision of temp staff and contractors when required.
• Design/install signs and assist in bid/specification processes.
