Job summary

Clean Scapes LLC in Texas is hiring Tree Climbers at all experience levels to join the Arbor Division. The role covers aerial pruning, removals, and rigging, with training and clear growth paths in a safety-driven team.

You will work with ground crews, use MRS/SRS systems, operate chainsaws, and follow ANSI Z133 standards while delivering high-quality tree care services.

Responsibilities

• Perform aerial tree pruning and removals using approved climbing systems (MRS / SRS).
• Operate chainsaws safely in the canopy and on the ground.
• Set and manage rigging systems appropriate to experience level.
• Conduct pre-job inspections of climbing gear and life-support systems.
• Communicate clearly with ground crew during cutting and rigging operations.
• Assist with jobsite setup, cleanup, and hazard control.
• Follow ANSI Z133 safety standards and company policies at all times.
• Support crew productivity, safety culture, and client satisfaction.
