Qualifications

• Prior experience in claims, insurance litigation support and legal writing is beneficial but not required for entry-level candidates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare professional, persuasive arbitration submissions supporting the Company position.
• Review claim files and analyze facts, evidence, and disputed issues to construct effective arguments.
• Clearly articulate positions that strengthen the insured’s stance and address opposing arguments.
• Manage multiple assignments and meet production and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with Field Claims, Claims Recovery, and Legal partners.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and consistency in written work.
