• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple case files.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members across departments.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality checks on completed arbitration case work before cases move through the final stages of the process
• Review case files, legal documents, supporting materials, and written determinations for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Verify that all required information and documentation are present and properly reflected in the case
• Identify discrepancies, missing information, inconsistencies, and potential errors
• Follow established quality assurance procedures, checklists, and internal standards
