Job summary

The Rheem Digital Enterprise team is seeking a PLM Systems Engineer to oversee Aras PLM deployments, define the product vision, write user stories, and coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to deliver PLM capabilities across design, engineering, manufacturing and service.

The hybrid role spans multiple North American locations with relocation support; you’ll work with stakeholders from engineering, quality, project management and IT to translate requirements into scalable PLM solutions

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on experience in PLM platforms (prefer Aras Innovator)
• Knowledge of PLM principles and agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe)
• Experience with software development processes; proficiency in C#, .Net, JavaScript, SQL
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage product backlog and prioritize features with stakeholders across engineering, quality, project management
• Define product vision, create user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
• Architect Aras Innovator PLM solutions: data models, workflows, lifecycles, rules, configurations
• Coordinate with development teams on sprint planning, delivery, and releases
• Ensure PLM solutions align with product lifecycle, change management, and manufacturing workflows
• Enable enterprise integrations across PLM, ERP, PIM, CAD, MES and Quality systems via APIs and middleware
