Rheem Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced PLM Systems Engineer to oversee Aras Innovator and align PLM capabilities with engineering and manufacturing needs. You will manage the product backlog, create user stories, and coordinate with development teams to deliver PLM solutions across design, engineering, manufacturing, and service.

The ideal candidate has strong PLM knowledge, agile experience, and a background in manufacturing or industrial products.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of hand on experience in PLM Platforms – preferably in Aras Innovator.
• Knowledge of product lifecycle management principles and agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
• Experience with software development processes and programming languages like C#, .Net, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Familiarity to design and develop integrations/APIs to and from the PLM platform (Aras Innovator).
• Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial products environments and engineering change processes.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with the PLM Product Owner and business stakeholder to execute Roadmap for PLM and Engineering Systems.
• Gather and validate requirements with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Architect Aras Innovator PLM solutions including data model design, workflows, lifecycle management, permissions, and rules.
• Coordinate with development teams on sprint planning, delivery, and release management.
• Ensure PLM solutions align with product lifecycle processes and manufacturing workflows.
• Ensure enterprise integrations are designed and executed across PLM, ERP, PIM, CAD, MES, and Quality systems using APIs and data exchange frameworks.
• Partner with Aras developers, solution architects, and integration teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design discussions and review technical approaches for new PLM capabilities.
• Support development teams by clarifying requirements and removing roadblocks during sprints.
• Collaborate with developers to define data models, business rules, workflows, lifecycles, forms, and security within Aras.
