• Fluent in English and Arabic (read, write and type).
• Experience with refugee populations or diverse classroom settings.
• Basic computer skills (email, word processing, spreadsheets, online tools).
• Flexible, creative, collaborative and mission-aligned.

Responsabilidades

• Provide native language support in Buffalo Public School classrooms.
• Act as liaison between refugee families and schools to facilitate enrollment and orientation.
• Conduct home visits and lead parent information sessions.
• Assist planning and implementing mini-academies, summer programs and orientations.
• Collaborate with school social workers to address student and family needs.
• Interpret for parent meetings and trainings as needed.
