Job summary

Social Factor is seeking project-based, temporary or part-time moderators with Arabic language expertise to join our dynamic team. Work includes creating welcoming digital communities for major brands, with flexible schedules and 24/7 availability as needed.

Ideal applicants have native-level Arabic, strong knowledge of slang and pop culture, and the ability to mirror brand voice across platforms like YouTube, Facebook, X, and Instagram. US or UK-based candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Native-level understanding of Arabic language.
• Deep understanding of language pop culture, nomenclature, and slang.
• Able to understand client's brand voice & accurately engage with users.
• Previous social media moderation experience is required and live stream moderation is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands).
• Knowledge of and experience with the major social media platforms: Youtube, FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Personal computer with minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12; personal internet speed requirement of a minimum of 150 mbps.
