Job summary

Alignerr is seeking Arabic language experts to evaluate and improve AI systems, ensuring content is accurate, natural, and culturally authentic.

This is a fully remote, flexible hourly contract. No prior AI experience required — just native or near-native Arabic and a sharp eye for language.

You will review AI-generated translations, identify issues, and provide structured feedback to help AI perform better for millions of Arabic speakers.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Arabic.
• Strong written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Solid command of Modern Standard Arabic with awareness of regional dialect variation.
• Comfortable evaluating written language quality across a range of topics and styles.
• Detail-oriented, consistent, and self-motivated.
• No prior AI or tech experience required.

• Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, and cultural issues
• Suggest clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate improvements

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated Arabic translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
• Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, and cultural issues
• Suggest clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate improvements
• Provide structured, detailed feedback on linguistic and cultural quality

Who You Are

• Native or near-native fluency in Arabic

• Experience working with written content at scale
