Language Services Associates, Inc. is seeking qualified Arabic interpreters to join its network of independently contracted interpreters. You will provide on-demand telephonic interpretation across medical, legal, and customer service settings from a quiet, secure workspace.

The role is remote and requires full fluency in English and Arabic, with prior interpreting experience preferred and familiarity with web-based platforms. LSA values confidentiality and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Full fluency in English and Arabic.
• Space must be quiet, secure, and free from external noise.
• 1+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred.
• Industry certifications/trainings (CMI, CCHI) preferred.

Overview : As a telephonic interpreter for Arabic in LSA’s network of Independently Contracted Interpreters, you are responsible for handling telephone calls on demand and facilitating language communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community in a variety of settings, including medical, legal, and customer service. Language Services Associates is continuously accepting qualified interpreters!

Responsibilities :

• Provide effective audio and video interpreting through a web based platform
• Answer inbound calls in a timely manner
• Provide superior customer service
• Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practices

Qualifications/Experience :

• Full fluency in both English and Arabic
• Technology proficient (web-based platforms, email, Microsoft Word)
• An interpreting space that is quiet, secure, and free from outside noises
• 1+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred
• Industry specific certifications/trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI, etc.)
