Welo Data is seeking a Data Labeling Associate to evaluate AI outputs, provide structured feedback, and help improve evaluation frameworks. The role emphasizes data quality, model evaluation, and human judgment within a fast-paced, onsite environment.

You will work with cutting-edge AI systems, requiring curiosity about AI, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. This is a full-time, 40-hour work week on-site with a 1-year contract potential extension.

Qualifications

• Native-level language proficiency and a university degree are required.
• B2 or superior English level is required.
• 2+ years of safety-related GenAI data delivery experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI outputs and provide structured, high-quality feedback.
• Audit data and model behavior to identify patterns, edge cases, and failure modes.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag real-world misalignments.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks, not just executing them.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Collaborate with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
