Welo Data is seeking a Data Labeling Associate to join our onsite team in the United States. You will evaluate AI outputs, provide structured feedback, and help improve real-world model behavior at the intersection of data quality, model evaluation, and human judgment.

We’re looking for someone curious about AI who can contribute to conversations with teammates, leads, and stakeholders, and who can operate in a fast-paced, standards-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years of professional writing experience.
• Strong, structured writing skills.
• Understanding of GenAI safety considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide structured, high-quality feedback on AI model outputs.
• Perform audit-based reviews of data and model behavior.
• Apply guidelines thoughtfully and flag real-world discrepancies.
• Contribute to improving evaluation frameworks beyond execution.
• Identify trends in model performance and communicate insights clearly.
• Participate in team discussions, calibrations, and stakeholder syncs.
• Collaborate with leads and cross-functional teams to refine quality standards.
• Document findings in a clear, concise, and actionable way.
