2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist Floaters to support stores within about a 60-mile radius of the market center in Phoenix.

The role offers $20.00 per hour plus a seasonal completion bonus, with Friday to Sunday shifts and guaranteed 6 hours per week, plus on-call coverage and varying weekly hours.

You'll receive on-demand pay, training, and opportunities for advancement into lead specialist or retail management tracks.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing.
• Interested in AV/VR products is a plus.
• Ability to engage customers, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.

Responsibilities

• Become a Meta Master: engage customers with Meta products (AR/VR) and showcase latest gadgets.
• Demonstrate products and help customers see how they fit their lives in fitness, gaming, and entertainment.
• Build trust by understanding needs and recommending the right Meta product.
• Be a brand ally and maintain professional relationships with customers and store staff.
• Hit monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Keep Meta displays clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Team up with retail staff and leaders and share knowledge.
• Track customer interactions and sales via mobile reports.
• Represent 2020 Companies and adhere to policies while in stores.
