Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• 2+ years supervisory, lead, or management experience within AR.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the Accounts Receivable team.
• Manage collections and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Review AR aging reports and help reduce past-due accounts.
• Work with customers and internal teams to resolve payment issues.
• Oversee cash applications and ensure payments are posted accurately.
• Maintain and enforce credit and collection procedures.
• Prepare AR reports and track key metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the AR department.
