Job summary

Zotec Partners is seeking an AR Supervisor to join our remote team. This role focuses on accurate and timely processing of claims and denials, supporting accounts receivable management for our revenue cycle management clients, and ensuring high performance results.

You will lead AR Specialists, mentor staff, and help develop procedures to keep the organization efficient while meeting client deadlines and expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams to meet KPIs and deadlines.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to AR/healthcare.
• Experience handling Aged Trial Balance (ATB) or Accounts Receivable responsibilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide workflow support to the AR team to help meet or exceed KPIs.
• Develop and implement procedures to maintain a streamlined, efficient organization.

We’re seeking an AR Supervisor to join us. This is a remote position.

As an AR Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of claims and denials and supporting the overall management of accounts receivable for our revenue cycle management clients. This is a remote position.

What you’ll do:

• Provide workflow support to the AR team to help meet or exceed key performance indicators
• Support the development and implementation of any needed procedures to help maintain a streamlined, efficient organization
• Support the development AR Specialists through training, empowerment, delegation and mentoring
• Meet or exceed client deadlines and expectations
• Manage new projects and client practices to ensure success in meeting objectives
• Contribute to organizational success through sharing of knowledge and successes with operations team peers
• Complete other duties as assigned

What you’ll bring to Zotec:

• Previous management experience leading teams
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Experience holding responsibility for an Aged Trial Balance (ATB) or Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and delegate appropriately
• Proficient MS Office skills
