Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting.
• Strong reconciliations and journal entries.
• Exposure to Sales & Use Tax processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post Journal Entries (JEs).
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with Sales & Use Tax filings and reporting.
• Support month-end accounting activities.
• Review financial data for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with the accounting team on special projects and process improvements.
