Job summary

Qualifications

• Analyze EOBs and payer data to determine root causes.
• Prepare and submit reconsiderations, corrected claims, and appeals.
• Investigate denials related to authorization, eligibility, or coding.
• Collaborate with coding, billing, and leadership teams on complex cases.
• Identify denial trends and communicate recommendations to team.
• Support AR Specialist 1 with payer workflow questions and follow-up.
