Chirp, headquartered in Lehi, Utah, is seeking an AR Specialist to own the full AR cycle for major retail accounts and ensure timely cash flow. You will manage deductions, chargebacks, and retailer portals, partnering with Sales and Logistics to drive process improvements and cleaner closings.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years AR experience in CPG, advanced Excel skills, and a proven track record with large retailers.
We’re not here to compete in an existing category — we’re here to create one. Chirp’s vision is to define and own Relief Tech: a new category built on the belief that everyday pain relief should be accessible, effective, and something people actually love. Our mission is simple: bring relief to as many people as possible, by making things people love.
Since 2015, we’ve been building innovative products — like the Chirp Wheel, the Contour, and the Halo — that help people feel better so they can do more. Headquartered in Lehi, Utah, we’re a fast-moving team on the ground floor of something big.
At Chirp, we care deeply about the why behind what we do. We’re building a world of relief — and we have a serious amount of fun and satisfaction doing it. You’ll see firsthand how every department (including yours!) plays a role in that mission.
As Chirp grows across major retail partners, the money side of those relationships gets more complex — deductions, chargebacks, portal remittances, and short-pays that can quietly add up. We’re looking for an AR Specialist who knows retail receivables inside and out and wants to own them. You’ll keep cash coming in on time, chase down every dollar we’re owed, and give Finance a clean, reliable picture of where we stand. Success in your first year looks like a tighter close, lower DSO, and a deduction process that’s organized, documented, and recovering real money.
We believe great work deserves great rewards. Here’s what you can expect when you join Team Chirp:
Medical insurance (75% employer-paid for employee; 50% for dependents)
Dental, vision, accident & hospital indemnity insurance
$25,000 life insurance policy (with option to purchase additional coverage)
401(k) plan
12 paid company holidays — including Pioneer Day & two floating summer Fridays
Flexible PTO — we suggest ~5 weeks; trust and accountability over tracking
Bonus potential based on role, personal KPIs & company performance
2x corporate ski passes: Solitude, Brighton, Snowbird & Alta
Equity — every Chirp employee has a stake in what we’re building
Quarterly parties, team offsites, and a culture that celebrates wins big and small
Work that actually matters — every product we ship helps someone feel better
Chirp is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
