Job summary

Cardinal Health seeks an Analyst Team Lead for the AR Payer Pod to act as the senior SME on billing, payer requirements, and claims resolution. You will guide daily operations, coach team members, and ensure accurate reimbursement while upholding company policies.

You will collaborate with leadership to monitor productivity, drive process improvements, and manage complex issues with a focus on quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience with insurance billing and processing claims preferred.
• 3 years’ experience with Medicare claims and verification preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance portals and medical terms.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for AR processes, billing regulations, payer requirements, and claims resolution.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to AR Representatives.
• Escalate complex billing and account issues requiring advanced knowledge.
• Monitor performance, quality metrics, and policy compliance.
• Coordinate escalation projects and ensure timely resolution of high-priority accounts.
