BrightSpring Health Services seeks an Accounts Receivable Process Analyst to manage and analyze billing transactions in the finance team. You will monitor aging, resolve denials, and collaborate with Billing and Operations to optimize cash flow.

The role requires healthcare billing experience, strong Excel skills, and effective communication to support the reimbursement process and ensure timely adjudication of claims.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills (email and phone) and solid Excel proficiency.
• Healthcare billing experience with aging, denials, and claims.
• Familiarity with remittance details and state billing portals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze aging and follow up on outstanding accounts with proper coding.
• Identify payor issues and report them to leadership.
• Follow up to ensure full adjudication of claims and timely filing.
• Identify月 adjustments and monitor for accuracy throughout the month.
• Follow up on insurance claim denials and exceptions promptly.
• Coordinate with Billing Specialist and related teams on cash application.
• Process cash transfer and check requests to the cash team.
• Read insurance explanations of benefits and respond to inquiries.
• Work in Waystar to identify denials and resolve promptly.
• Ensure timely follow up to meet filing limits and revenue goals.
