Job summary

STARC Systems is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to own the order-to-cash process, invoicing, collections, and cash application in a manufacturing environment. The role partners with Sales, Customer Service, Operations and Finance to drive timely collections and strengthen financial controls.

The ideal candidate has 6-7+ years in AR, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and strong Excel and ERP experience, preferably with Acumatica and Avalara.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
6-7+ years of Accounts Receivable or related experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution, including lead or senior capacity.
Strong experience with B2B collections, cash application, reconciliations, and customer communications.

Responsibilities

Own AR operations including invoicing, cash application, collections, account maintenance and month-end close support.
Lead cross-functional partnerships with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, Shipping and Finance to drive timely collections and resolve issues.
Prepare AR aging, provide analyses, and support process improvements across the order-to-cash process.
Reconcile AR to the General Ledger and assist with audit documentation and internal controls.
