Simera is seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA Tester to ensure software applications function correctly and meet quality standards before release. You will execute manual test cases, review requirements, and document defects with clear steps and results.

The role involves functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing, plus collaboration with developers and product teams. Strong communication and remote work readiness are required.

Qualifications

Experience creating and executing manual test cases.
Ability to identify, reproduce, and document defects.
Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps.
Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, or databases is beneficial.
Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Execute manual test cases and test scenarios to verify software functionality.
Review requirements, user stories, and specifications to identify testing needs.
Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, checklists, and testing documentation.
Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and exploratory testing.
Identify, reproduce, document, and track software bugs and defects.
Provide clear descriptions, reproduction steps, expected results, and actual results.
