Red 6 Aerospace, a leading AR technology startup, seeks a Manufacturing Test Technician in Louisville, CO to assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic components and systems for AR hardware.

The ideal candidate holds an associate degree or technical certification in electronics, has 2–5 years in electronics assembly in high-reliability settings, and can obtain a U.S. security clearance. The role emphasizes precision, IPC/J-STD standards, and lean manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of electronics assembly or production experience in aerospace/high reliability.
• Soldering and wire harnessing proficiency; IPC-A-610/J-STD-001 preferred.
• Experience with testing procedures, diagnostics, and troubleshooting of electronic systems.
• Ability to read electronic schematics and assembly drawings.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Eligibility for U.S. security clearance (US Citizenship).

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic components and systems.
• Follow IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 compliant processes; maintain clean, safe work area.
• Document test results and non-conformances in production logs/ERP.
• Assist in production improvements and lean initiatives.
• Inventory management, shipping/receiving as needed.
