Coronis Health is seeking an AR Operations professional to oversee accounts receivable for remote and on-site teams. You will manage KPI targets, coordinate offshore resources, and drive process improvements to optimize revenue cycle performance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in revenue cycle management for anesthesia or similar practices, and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office. You will report to the AR Manager and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

• Oversee day-to-day AR operations and ensure procedures meet service group needs.
• Develop and implement AR department policies and SOPs.
• Lead global AR follow-up with auditing, training and workload oversight.
• Provide training to onshore and offshore teams and manage staff performance.
• Analyze adverse AR trends and denial patterns by insurers.
• Develop metrics and manage AR dashboard reporting to management.
• Participate in management meetings to discuss process improvements.
• Communicate results to billing managers and refine processes.
• Optimize billing processes to maximize efficiency and compliance.

FLSA Classification : Non-Exempt

Full-Time

Salary Range: $20.00 to $26.00

Position Overview : This position is in a fast-paced environment that oversees and coordinates the accounts receivable activities of local and remote resources. With a keen sense of service relative to revenue cycle management, analytical mindset you will support teams to achieve key revenue performance while adhering to quality AR metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day activity to ensure that operational procedures are up to date and aligned to the current needs of the service group leadership.
• Develop and execute AR department policies and procedures.
• Manage the Global AR follow-up team with auditing, training, and workload detail to ensure staff is fully trained and SOPs are developed and maintained.
• Provide training to both onshore and offshore teams and manage the performance of staff members and coordinate development, coaching and discipline according to production standards.
• AR analysis to identify adverse trends, especially denial trends by insurance companies.
• Develop metrics to monitor AR staff performance and manage an AR dashboard and report on results to management team.
• Attend regular meetings with management to discuss processes and implementation.
• Communicate results with billing managers as needed and follow up during meetings to report results and resolve and refine process and or issues.
• Analyze and optimize billing processes to minimize non-productive touches and maximize efficiency.
• Ensure all billing practices are compliant with all applicable rules and regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience providing comprehensive revenue cycle management services for anesthesia practices.
• Functional knowledge of how to manage and drive a team to meet KPI’s and revenue metrics.
• Experience working with and providing oversight to offshore teams. Experience with teams in India is preferred.
• The ability to communicate key messages to multiple audiences.
• Experience in an analytical environment and evidence of organizational skills.
• Exemplary problem-solving abilities and practical analytical competency to identify trends using data.
• Functional computer knowledge, including Excel spreadsheets, pivot tables and Microsoft Office products.
