Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED minimally required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or working towards degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of AR/AP or accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process customer invoices based on production, shipments and pricing agreements.
• Assist with daily review of manufacturing jobs in the plant ERP system and correct variances.
• Verify production and shipping data to ensure accurate billing.
• Maintain customer account records and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations to resolve invoice disputes.
• Assist with daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation of production and shipment data.
• Support internal controls and preparation of management reports.
