Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this early-career role works with plant leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure timely, accurate invoicing based on production output, timely collections, and reconciliations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred or in progress.
• 1–2 years AR/AP or accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Generate and process customer invoices based on production, shipments and pricing.
• Review plant ERP data; research cost variances and correct costs.
• Verify production/shipping data for accurate billing.
• Maintain customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Provide backup for accounts payable and reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Process deductions, credits and adjustments as required.
• Collaborate with sales, customer service and operations to resolve invoice disputes.
• Assist with daily reconciliation of production and shipment data.
• Support management reporting and financial statement analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.
