Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking an Accounts Receivable Coordinator for the Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort. The role focuses on billing, coding, reconciliation, and integrity of receivables within the property’s finance team.

The successful candidate will hold a related degree, have hotel finance experience, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting or Hotel Management preferred.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality finance and accounting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to compile facts and figures.

Responsibilities

• Post city ledger payments in PMS and reconcile city ledger accounts.
• Record department administration calls and inform Controller of concerns.
• Reconcile credit card backups to General Cashier Summary; note discrepancies.
• Set up new accounts per policy and assist in reconciling open items.
