Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
• Experience with AR, cash application, or high-volume data entry.
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer AR records with data entry and account updates.
• Process and apply customer payments; research unapplied cash and discrepancies.
• Lead daily and month-end AR activities and provide invoices/statements.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams; assist with reconciliations and audits.
