Roto-Rooter Plumbing and Drain Service in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Collections Specialist for our West Regional team. This full-time, onsite role offers an hourly rate of $19.00-$20.00 plus a performance-based bonus.

You will handle accounts receivable, billing, and collection activities within a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have AR experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with common software.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated prior experience in accounts receivable accounting is highly preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
• Working knowledge of various common software programs is required.
• Self-starter who is organized, thorough with attention to detail & follow‑up.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate payment processing for invoices.
• Process accounting transactions to report and manage receivables and revenue accurately.
• Input data into the AS400 system for record-keeping.
• Adhere to accounts receivable processes to maintain financial accuracy.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and communicate payment terms to customers.
• Prepare reports and update the General Manager on AR status.
• Follow up with customers to ensure receipt of invoicing and terms.
