Job summary

Farmina is seeking an AR Chargeback Specialist in the United States to serve as a liaison between Sales, Distributors, and the Accounts Receivable team. You will analyze credit requests, prepare internal documentation, and issue credits with accuracy and timeliness.

The role requires 1–3 years AR experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, CRM proficiency, and strong communication and organizational skills. Overtime and varied shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general accounting or accounts receivable experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software CRM systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to set, prioritize and manage all projects and job duties to reach department goals and objectives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work both independently and on a team.
• Must be willing to work mandatory overtime, weekends and different shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, analyze, and prepare internal credit forms based on supporting documentation.
• Communicate with Sales Team and Distributors to get clarifications as needed.
• Send internal credit forms for approval and issue credits; coordinate with Inside Sales and Quality.
• Analyze distributor spending by program.
• Support creation of coupon reporting.
• Prepare quarterly rebate documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of claim credits.
• Daily use of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer and distributor interactions.
