Samsonite is seeking an Accounts Receivable Cash Application Specialist to support daily cash application activities within our Finance Shared Services team. The role involves applying payments, resolving discrepancies, reconciling customer accounts, and assisting with SAP S/4HANA upgrade activities.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years in Accounts Receivable or cash application.
• Experience applying customer payments and reconciling accounts.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across teams.

Responsibilities

• Apply customer payments accurately via lockbox, ACH, wire, and card.
• Research unapplied cash and posting discrepancies.
• Reconcile cash application to deposits, accounts, and GL.
• Support SAP S/4HANA upgrade activities and testing.
• Maintain records, support month-end close, assist audits.
