Job summary

Central Ohio Urology Group seeks an experienced AR coder with knowledge of denial management and CPT/ ICD10 coding. A minimum of three years of AR experience, preferably with ASC claims, is required.

You will review clinical documentation to code and post charges, assist with CPT/ICD10 coding, and maintain compliance with privacy and regulatory standards. The role includes AR management for the ASC and collaboration with Team Lead or Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes in medical billing.
• Experience with CPT and ICD-10 coding; denial management experience preferred.
• Minimum of three years in AR or medical billing required.

Responsibilities

• Code and post-surgery charges and hospital charges for insurance billing.
• Assist with CPT and ICD10 coding.
• Maintain communication with Team Lead and/or Supervisor.
• Maintain patient information confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with governmental and regulatory requirements.
• Complete mandated training including OSHA.
• Manage Accounts Receivable for ASC.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
