Alliance Health at Baldwinville is a 94-bed skilled nursing facility in Baldwinville, MA seeking a full-time AR Billing Office Manager to coordinate and manage the office functions, including billing, collections, PNA record keeping, cash posting, banking, month-end processing, and admissions backup.

The candidate should have SNF/LTCH business office experience and be proficient with Excel, Word, MS Office, and Matrix SNF software, with knowledge of Medicare A&B, MA Medicaid, and private pay

Qualifications

• Prior experience as business office manager in a SNF or LTCH healthcare setting.
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word and MS Office and Matrix or other SNF software.
• Knowledge of Medicare A&B, MA Medicaid, HMO and SCO Billing, private insurances, PPA and Private pay collections, PNA, Cash Postings.
• Possess solid mathematical skills, strong organizational skills, and be detail oriented.
• Demonstrate the ability to work responsibly as a team member as well as a self-motivating individual.
• Be honest, fair, dependable, respect confidentiality and the rights and privacy of others.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• The role is responsible for coordinating and managing the office function, which includes but is not limited to billing, collections, PNA record keeping, cash posting, banking, month-end processing, and a backup as needed to the Admissions Department.
• The person will work with family members, SSA office and the State MA Health Offices.
