Job summary

CFS, a stable and long-standing company, is seeking an AR & Billing Analyst for an onsite role in Tulare County. You will manage invoicing, monitor AR balances, and coordinate financial documentation across multiple product lines, collaborating with Accounting, Logistics, and Treasury to resolve issues.

The position emphasizes accurate reporting, close-month activities, and strong cross-functional teamwork to support revenue operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, Invoicing, or related accounting functions.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel and reporting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoicing activities and ensure accurate, timely billing across multiple product lines.
• Monitor accounts receivable balances, financial holds, aging reports, and outstanding payment obligations.
• Coordinate shipment-related financial documentation, letters of credit, and customer payment requirements.
• Partner with Accounting, Logistics, Shipping, Treasury, and Customer Service teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities related to accounts receivable and inventory reconciliation.
• Utilize Oracle and banking platforms to process transactions, research discrepancies, and maintain accurate records.
