• Oversee the accurate and timely processing of complex customer invoices with compliant terms.
• Perform in-depth analysis of billing data to identify trends and issues for management review.
• Interpret customer contracts to apply billing terms, SLAs, usage fees, and adjustments.
• Validate billing, data, and customer information before invoice issuance.
• Maintain customer master data in ERP and reconcile weekly/monthly statements.
• Respond to internal stakeholder requests with timely, accurate information.
• Support internal controls, policies, procedures, and process documentation.

This role will focus on analyzing revenue performance, monitoring collections, and ensuring billing accuracy across key revenue streams. The Analyst will help manage the end-to-end invoicing process for high volume accounts, ensuring accurate and timely billing to large healthcare organizations across multiple regions as well as maintaining master customer data, providing excellent customer support to our internal (Supply Chain, Customer Success, etc) and external stakeholder requests, and preparing month end accounting close.This position is suited to a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can manage a high volume of requests, juggle billing deadlines, research payment and account issues, follow defined procedures and service expectations, and escalate complex or higher-risk matters with clear documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the accurate and timely processing of complex customer invoices, including intricate billing rules, tiered pricing structures, and special contract terms, ensuring compliance with company policies and SOX regulationsPerform in-depth analysis of billing data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement, generating detailed reports for management review and decision-makingThoroughly interpret customer contracts to accurately apply billing terms, including service level agreements, usage fees, and billing adjustmentsAnalyze and validate billing, operational, & customer data for completeness and accuracy before invoice issuanceWork closely with account management team to ensure accuracy and resolve customer billing issuesMaintain and input customer master data information within ERP systemReconciling weekly and monthly customer account statements, and follow up with clients on overdue balancesAccurate and timely responses to requests from internal customers including accounting, sales, customer success, and senior managementParticipate in improving internal controls, policies, procedures, and process documentationAd hoc projects as they ariseRequired Experience & QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)4-15 years of accounting experienceSolid understanding of general revenue accounting principlesStrong Excel skills, including XLOOKUPs and pivot tablesFamiliarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Gmail, GSheet, and GDrive)Preferred Qualifications:Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and troubleshoot intricate billing issues and present financial information to various internal stakeholdersSelf-motivated, organized, and detail oriented with the ability to work independently under general supervisionPrevious experience in healthcare tech, start-up environment, and subscription billing are helpfulExperience and competence in using integrated ERP software (SAP preferably)Qualifications:3-5 years fertility benefits investigation or billing experienceAdditional InformationAdditional Physical Job RequirementsPhysical requirements for this role include the ability to work at a computer terminal with monitor, keyboard and mouse for extended periods of time, stoop, bend, and reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions required to operate a computer that include the wrists, hands and fingers, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 20 pounds.
