Job summary

Augeo is seeking an AR Accounting professional in the United States to generate sales orders and invoices, post cash receipts, and support the collections process. You will assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting operations while upholding Augeo's inclusive culture.

The role involves compiling billing information, creating and reviewing sales orders, monitoring invoicing cycles, posting cash receipts, and maintaining general ledger accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Experience with accounting software; Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus.
• Dependable and professional demeanor at all times.
• Maintain professional relationships with all levels of management.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Associates Degree in Accounting (or relevant field) or equivalent in private sector accounting.
• Bookkeeping experience.
• 2-4 years related work experience.

Summary

The AR Accounting position plays a key role in the company generating sales orders and sales invoices, posting

cash receipts, supporting the collections process, assisting with month-end close and account reconciliations,

maintaining records, and supporting day-to-day operations of the accounting department.

You’ll spend your days on the following

What you need to be successful in this role

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
• Experience with accounting software, Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus

• Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral

• Associates Degree in Accounting (or relevant field of study) or equivalent in private sector accounting or
