Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, LLC. is seeking an in‑office to hybrid Finance/Accounts specialist in Tampa, FL. The role handles payment postings, bank reconciliations, and cash management tasks while supporting the Center of Excellence with orders and information for the sales force.

The 60‑day training period is in office, after which the role becomes hybrid (3 days remote, 2 days in office). Compensation starts at $18/hour with increases to $19/hour after six months and then increments

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2-3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with AS400, Salesforce and EDI protocols preferred.
• Strong Excel and Outlook proficiency.
• Ability to analyze data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily payment postings and cash management tasks.
• Run bank reports and reconcile accounts.
• Process transfers and electronic files with banks.
• Post payments via lockbox, ACH, and cards.
• Support Center of Excellence with product orders and information.
