Job summary

KASAI NORTH AMERICA is seeking an experienced accounting leader to manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable in Murfreesboro, TN. You will oversee invoicing, vendor payments, and customer collections while supervising staff to maintain accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role collaborates with plant controllers and other departments to accelerate cash flow, perform month-end close, and support audits. A Bachelor's in accounting is required; MBA or CPA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• MBA or CPA preferred.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience.
• Automotive industry experience a plus.
• Knowledge of computer-based operations and programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise AP/AR staff and processes.
• Oversee invoicing, vendor payments, and collections.
• Reconcile aging reports and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly closing reports and journal entries.
• Support internal/external audits for A/R and A/P.
• Collaborate with plant controllers on accounting duties.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Identify and implement accounting system improvements.
