Job summary

Core-Mark International is seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to support daily financial and administrative tasks, collaborating with sales, credit, and customer teams. The role emphasizes accurate reconciliations, payment processing, and maintaining records to ensure clean accounting data.

The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of AR experience, familiarity with SAP or Oracle, and solid Excel skills to analyze aging and payments.

Qualifications

1-2 years of accounts receivable experience.
Intermediate Excel skills including VLOOKUP, MATCH/INDEX, SUM, CONCAT.
1-2 years of SAP or Oracle experience.

Responsibilities

Correspond with Sales, Credit and Operations on pricing discrepancies, aging inaccuracies, or delivery questions.
Monitor past due receivables using direct, email, or web portal communications.
Submit researched short pays and deductions in client portal as payment claims.
Remind customers about upcoming payments or past due accounts and send invoices/statements.
Reconcile monthly customer open account balance statements.
Collaborate with Cash Applications to identify mis-applied payments and remittances.
Perform account reconciliations to identify unpaid amounts and variances.
Generate weekly and monthly aging analytics for AR Manager.
