Qualifications

• Demonstrate knowledge of ERP system.
• Ability to interpret financial procedures and policies.
• Ability to read, analyze, interpret and write business reports, accounting entries.
• Must have a minimum of an associate’s degree in accounting.
• Must work well in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present to management regarding customer billing, vendor spend, savings potential and other opportunities and risks that could have substantial impact on company performance.
• Prepare, present and make recommendations on margins and pricing rules for billing automation.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries including invoice adjustments with process improvement.
• Review and verify vendor setup forms and vendor invoices.
• Validate customer payments and monitor accounts to ensure timely terms and collect aging accounts per procedures.
• Produce and reconcile end-of-month balance sheet work papers.
