Inchcape is seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting team in the United States. You will manage invoicing, apply payments, perform reconciliations, and support cash flow across the business.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting systems and MS Office, and excellent collaboration with Sales, Service, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Strong invoicing, collections, reconciliations knowledge is essential.
• Experience with payment processing methods (check, ACH, credit card, wire).
• Analytical, organized, and problem-solving abilities are important.
• Proficient in accounting systems and MS Office; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily AR activities including invoicing and collections.
• Apply payments and reconcile customer accounts with accuracy.
• Prepare aging reports and assist month-end close and journal entries.
• Support audits and global AR processes across the business.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Operations teams.
