East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) seeks an Assistant Superintendent for Aqueduct to oversee field operations, maintenance, and construction of the raw water transmission system. You will coordinate with multiple reporting locations and lead staff, ensuring safe, efficient performance.

The role requires planning, budgeting, and strong communication with regulatory bodies and the public. A valid CA driver’s license and state licenses for water treatment and distribution are required

Qualificações

• Requires high school diploma with 60 college units and transfer potential to a four-year college.
• Requires valid California Driver’s License and satisfactory driving record.
• Requires Grade II Water Treatment Operator (WTO) and Grade II Water Distribution System Operator (D2) licenses within 12 months.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, assign, schedule, and evaluate work of Aqueduct staff across multiple locations.
• Develop and administer operating and capital budgets for the Aqueduct Section.
• Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence for the Water Supply Division and public stakeholders.
