Job summary

Landmark Aquatic is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure materials for field technicians are staged, and manage a safety-conscious, organized facility. The role focuses on keeping the warehouse stocked, secure, and efficient to support service teams and customers.

You will manage inventory, drive forklift operations, coordinate shipments, and help maintain a clean, customer-friendly service area while adapting to a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of warehouse management experience or pool experience.
• Must be able to lift 75+ pounds daily and multiple times a day.
• Must be able to multitask.
• Customer service skills and a general knowledge of pool parts and chemicals.
• Reliable and dependable. Positive and upbeat attitude.
• Must be able to adapt to changing atmosphere.
• Able to drive a forklift and use a pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Make sure field technicians have all products and materials staged for the day and pre-pulling orders for tomorrow’s jobs.
• Pulling all covers that are needed for openings and closing.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse and parking lot, picking up debris.
• Fill the big chemical truck and the truck/trailer for daily deliveries; ensure dry goods are loaded.
• Stocking and rotating products on shelves.
• Help track inventory; report low or out items to order.
• Keep the service counter/service area clean and inviting for customers.
• Stage orders or parts for shipment via UPS or FedEx; prepare shipments for UPS & LTL.
• Communicate with warehouse team about big projects or tasks.
• Ensure containers and storage areas are clean, safe, and organized.
• Move products with forklift inside and outside the warehouse.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the warehouse and service counter.
