We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Aquatics Swim Instructors. In this role, you will work in a dynamic environment, helping adults and children improve their swimming skills, teaching life-saving techniques, and maintaining the cleanliness of our Aquatics Facilities.

Job Responsibilities

• Instruct swimming lessons and organize Aquatics events
• Respond to member inquiries, comments, and concerns
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized pool area
• Promote and sell Aquatics programs and services

Minimum Requirements

• Working towards a High School Diploma or GED
• CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Certifications (must be obtained within 60 days of hire)
• Ability to swim 25 yards/meters unaided
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs routinely
• Ability to work stationary and move around the club for extended periods
• Effective communication skills for guest interactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in swim instruction or coaching

Compensation and Benefits

This hourly position offers wages starting at $14.25, up to $17.00 based on experience. Benefits include a fully subsidized membership, discounts, retirement plans, training, paid sick leave, and additional health benefits for full-time employees.
