The Jewish Community Center of Staten Island (Staten Island JCC) is seeking a part-time on-site Aquatics Support role to assist during evening and weekend pool hours. You will help lifeguards, swim instructors, and aquatic staff, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members and staff.
Ideal candidates are dependable, organized, and able to stay calm under pressure, providing reliable on-site leadership and coverage when needed.

This non-supervisory role requires strong initiative, effective communication skills and reliability.
You're a dependable and organized team member who communicates clearly and remains calm under pressure. You'll provide support to aquatics staff during evening and weekend shifts, help enforce safety protocols, and serve as the primary point of contact on-site during nights and weekends. Your reliability helps ensure a smooth and safe environment for both members and staff.
Part-time
Salary Range: $22 - $25 per hour (based on experience)
