We are currently seeking senior team members for our growing Aquatics Group. Our ideal candidate will have strong management, client service, communication, technical, and organizational skills as well as the ability and desire to work on complex and challenging projects ranging from rooftop pools to collegiate competition pools, municipal facilities, and even water parks. The position may be either fully remote, or report to one of our many offices in the Northeast, mid-Atlantic, or Southeast regions.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand their professional experience and be an integral part of a company with an outstanding reputation.
Candidates must be amenable to both local and out of state travel for project meetings, permitting hearings, and public engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Manage a range of aquatics projects in terms of scale and complexity for various clients in the public and private sectors
- Effectively utilize support staff for the timely and efficient delivery of project deliverables
- Produce assessment reports, programs, drawing sets, specifications, bid documents, permit applications and field reports
- Establish fee budgets, manage project financial performance, issue contract amendments
- Manage external project schedules and budgets
- Manage internal production and adherence to quality assurance and control procedures
- Interface with owners, architects, consultants and other project stakeholders
What You Will Bring
- 5-10+ years of project management experience in aquatics, or a closely related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Be organized and reliable
- Active Driver’s License
