Description

Robert Half is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 6-month remote contract opportunity, where you will oversee and deliver complex omni-channel retail media campaigns. This role leads cross-functional teams, manages vendor partnerships, and ensures campaigns align with business objectives and vendor goals. You'll work to improve processes, maximize resource efficiency, and drive impactful outcomes across diverse marketing channels. The ideal candidate will have experience with retail media network program, project, and process support.

Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Remote

Contract Type and Duration: Contract only for now, about 6 months

Opportunity for Extension: Yes

Schedule/Hours: 40 hours per week

Pay: $35-45/hr

Onboarding Requirements: Background Check

Target Start Date: ASAP

Software Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), SharePoint, and project management software (i.e. Workfront)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve milestones and resolve challenges.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including vendor onboarding, creative reviews, and execution.
• Drive communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks, navigate ambiguity, and deliver solutions.
• Maintain documentation of schedules, requirements, and risk logs.
• Stay updated on omni-channel marketing trends and best practices.
• Use project learnings to enhance processes and outcomes.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or PMP certification (or 7+ years of experience).
• 5+ years managing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise with project management tools (Workfront, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office.
• Proven knowledge of marketing strategies (website, email, digital ads, social media, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence and work effectively across teams and levels.
