Job summary

Noah's Ark Waterpark is seeking an Aquatics Manager to oversee all aspects of the Aquatics and First-Aid departments, reporting to the Operations Director. The role requires leadership, budget control, and ensuring safety and compliance with Ellis & Associates standards.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of operations experience in an amusement or waterpark setting, 2+ years supervisory, and certifications such as CPO, EMT, and Ellis & Associates Lifeguard credentials.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be willing to quickly obtain CPO credentials and/or required certifications.
• Must possess EMT certification for Wisconsin or obtain within 1 year.
• Must obtain Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Instructor certification within 6 months.
• Must complete Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of Aquatics and First-Aid departments and budgets.
• Lead staff, hire, train, coach, and discipline as needed.
• Ensure compliance with ADA, ASTM, state regulations, and industry standards.
• Provide safety-focused leadership during emergencies and crowd control.
