• Project management experience in construction or related fields.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, and other MS Office tools.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets and bid processes.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and expenditures.
• Coordinate with on-site superintendents, construction managers and foremen.
• Prepare presentation materials and facilitate meetings.
• Monitor risks, document actions, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Create and track project budgets, purchase orders and cost analyses.
• Maintain thorough project documentation and financial queries.
